As many of you are aware, Bud Buddies was created to raise the profile for the argument of medicinal cannabis use and subsequent benefits of a less harmfull source of pain relief over failed allopathic regimes. Sativex is available and every G.P can write a pescription. although some feel they cannot. Many buddies have successully obtained Sativex.

Bud Buddies was set up by Jeffrey Ditchfield to assist people suffering from a genuine illness by supplying high quality natural cannabis and cannabis preparations. Jeff set up Buddies after a close friend of his told him she used cannabis to help alleviate some of the symptoms caused by her MS.

From January 2006, Bud buddies became a Pressure Group, supplying Buddies, with information on how to legally obtain Sativex from their G.P's, we have worked towards Harm Reduction of Raw Cannabis use, by freely offering research and information, as and when it became available.

Those who use cannabis to alleviate their chronic conditions, that otherwise could not be helped through present allopathic regimes, have the publics support, in their chosen medicinal approach to using Cannabis and its preparations to self medicate. The Law however disagrees.

Why they are persecuted by the Law, is not in the public interest. We accept that the Law, until it is changed (as for Sativex), and other cannabis medicines, is Law.

We will carry on being a Pressure group, by way of supplying information and questioning the present Law, and its ethics towards the medicinal cannabis user
